As a leading developer of high-tech radar sensors for automotive and traffic infrastructure, our goal is to make roads safer, enable autonomous driving in all weather conditions, and optimize traffic flow at intersections and on highways through infrastructure sensor technology. smartmicro stands for latest technology, innovation, and quality.

We are looking for a creative person with an interest in media to further expand our Content Marketing, CI & Branding, and Partner Marketing.

Your Tasks

Content Marketing

In cooperation with technical departments, you will coordinate the market launch of new products and create customer documents and marketing materials
You will design graphics, videos, animations, and advertising materials for our website, YouTube channel, and various events and trade shows
You will be responsible for optimizing SEO/SEM performance and reach

Corporate Identity & Branding

As the point of contact for brand guidelines and corporate identity (CI), you'll make sure CI and corporate design are used consistently across all channels and marketing materials.
Along with the strategically developing of the corporate design, you'll implement new design guidelines and elements.

Partner Marketing

You will be responsible for regular communication with our partner companies
This also includes maintaining and expanding existing partnerships
You will be in charge of planning, coordinating, and implementing joint marketing activities with our partners

Your Strengths

Completed degree in marketing/communication/media or product design, or training or qualification in a comparable field
You already have experience in B2B/online marketing and in managing channels and technologies for digital campaign management
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and AI for content creation is required
Additional knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Jira, and Adobe After Effects would be desirable
You have a strong service and customer orientation
In addition to creativity, independence, and entrepreneurial thinking, you also have an affinity for online media and social media
You have good German skills and very good English skills

Deine Aufgaben

Content Marketing

In Abstimmung mit technischen Abteilungen koordinierst Du die Markteinführung neuer Produkte und erstellst Kundendokumente und Marketingmaterialien
Du gestaltest Grafiken, Videos, Animationen und Werbematerialien für unsere Website, den YouTube-Channel und verschiedene Event- und Messeauftritte
Du bist zuständig für die Optimierung von SEO/SEM-Leistung und Reichweite

Corporate Identity & Branding

Als Ansprechpartner für die Brand Guidelines und Corporate Identity (CI) stellst Du den konsistenten Einsatz von CI und Corporate Design über alle Kanäle und Marketingmaterialien sicher
Neben der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Corporate Design, implementierst Du neue Designrichtlinien und -elemente

Partner Marketing

Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Kommunikation mit unseren Partnerunternehmen
Dazu zählen auch die Pflege und der Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften
Du übernimmst die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung gemeinsamer Marketingaktivitäten mit unseren Partnern

Deine Stärken

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation/Medien- oder Produktdesign, alternativ Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation in vergleichbarem Bereich
Du besitzt bereits Erfahrungen im B2B/Online Marketing sowie in der Steuerung von Kanälen und Technologien des digitalen Kampagnenmanagements
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere sowie Canva und KI für Content Erstellung sind Voraussetzung
Weitere Kenntnisse in Tools wie WordPress, Jira und Adobe After Effects wären wünschenswert
Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
Neben Kreativität, Selbstständigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnet Dich auch eine Affinität zu Online-Medien und Social-Media aus
Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnissen sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
