Your Tasks

As a test engineer, you will support us in developing our existing infrastructure and improve our applications through intensive testing
You carry out test scenarios based on specifications and user stories, and document and evaluate the test results
You plan and carry out manual tests to ensure new and existing software functions
Also, you write automated tests to cover bugfixes and new features
Throughout the entire process, you will be in close communication with other development teams

Your Strengths

Complete studies in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
You have a solid technical understanding of software testing, test automation, GUI test tools, and UI/UX design
You have experience in working with Python, Pytest, Playwright, Git, XPATH and Jenkins
Expertise with Allure, Bash, Linux and Raspberry Pi would be desirable
You are known for your independent and conscientious work ethic and have a clean code mentality
Next to English communication skills, german would be a plus

Deine Aufgaben

Als Testingenieur unterstützt Du uns bei der Entwicklung der bestehenden Infrastruktur und verbesserst, durch intensives Testen, unsere Applikationen
Dafür führst Du, anhand von Spezifikationen und User Stories, Testszenarien durch und dokumentierst sowie bewertest die Testergebnisse
Manuelle Tests zur Sicherstellung von neuen und bestehenden Softwarefunktionen werden von Dir geplant und durchgeführt
Auch schreibst Du automatisierte Tests zur Fehlerbehebung und für neue Funktionen
Im gesamten Prozess stehst Du in enger Kommunikation mit dem Support- und Entwicklungsteam

Deine Stärken

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
Du besitzt ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Softwaretests, Testautomatisierung, GUI-Test-Tools und UI/ UX Design
Du hast Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Python, Pytest, Playwright, Git, XPATH und Jenkins
Kenntnisse in Allure, Bash, Linux und mit Raspberry Pi wären wünschenswert
Selbständiges gewissenhaftes Arbeiten zeichnet Dich aus und Du besitzt die Clean-Code-Mentalität
Neben Englischkenntnissen wären Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
